Nana Kwame Bediako, the founder of Kwarleyz Group, the parent company of Kwarleyz Residence was raised by his single mother in Kumasi, Ghana. Bediako felt that his mother instilled in him the essential qualities that have led to his success as a developer and industrialist. As a special dedication, Kwarleyz Residence was named in honor of his mother. Look closely and you will notice the side edifice of the luxury landmark building is emblazoned with an artistic rendition of Mrs. Kwarleyz.
