The first of many potential projects in the future, Wonda World has cultivated a strong business relationship with J.W. Marriott to meet the international brand's needs for their first hotel in Ghana. The project will include 220 hotel rooms as well as 67 executive apartments that will be managed by international service operators.

Global visitors will enjoy all the typical amenities and service they'd find anywhere else in the world. Moreover, combining both hospitality and residential offerings allows for a reduction of operating costs. The mixed-use hotel space also includes popular dining establishments such as Nobu, the globally-known restaurant's first location in West Africa. The level of amenities will encourage both locals and international professionals to conduct business and spend time in and around the development.
